LEATHER SAGE is the brand name for my small business, where I offer slow made leather artwork. I handcraft each wild adornment in my Denver studio, blending my passion for ethical hunting with artistic vision to create heirloom pieces.
My work utilizes big game hides, sourced from ethical hunts on wild land. I process these hides into premium full-grain leather, then personally design, bead, and craft each item by hand.
With over 10 years of experience, I’m creating one-of-a-kind “wild adornments” that are meant to last for generations. Each piece is meticulously crafted using premium materials, ensuring both durability and an elevated aesthetic.
From growing up on a small family farm in Montana to living in Colorado suburbs, I recognize the importance of incorporating nature and intentional living into my daily life and creativity. I consider hunting to be a choice that promotes land and animal conservation, clean eating, and connective movement -- and I’m proud to bring that story to my collectors. The impact of my work roots in an ethical and holistic intention of healing alongside the land and that raised me.

I’m endlessly looking to connect with creatives that are trying to expand their expression, and I am always open to new collaborative ideas.
My long standing dream is to work alongside interior designers and/or fashion stylists. I’d love the idea of landing on a collective vision for a particular space or person, and then working to make that vision come to life.
