This year, I’ve been practicing trusting my gut and letting my intuition guide me. My entire being knows how to take care of me. In the deepest roots of my nervous system is a combination of generational wisdom, learned experience, and an embodiment of love. These pieces of me work together to deliver my sweet system a gut reaction, which often manifests as a visceral response to any decision or choice. Tuning into this happening has reinforced my perspective; I have a knowing inside of myself that will guide me towards the path of my greatest joy, with the least resistance.
