DESCRIPTION:
REAL rattlesnake skin on soft and lightweight bison leather. The sterling silver chain loops just below for some beautiful added movement, creating something that feels really delicate despite coming from such a fierce material.
My friend in Colorado gifted me this tanned snake skin. The rattlesnake lived on his property, and we want to honor it’s life the best way we know how… through the process of intentional creativity.
Please note the scales will look different on each pair of earrings, as the snake skin is divinely unique. If you prefer small back scales over wide belly scales, or visa-versa, please email me when you place your order.

MATERIALS:
Tanned rattlesnake skin on ethically harvested bison leather. Earrings are finished with sterling silver french earring hooks, jump rings, triangles, and chain, and are fastened with a silver plated brass rivet.
The Bison is sourced from sustainable, regenerative, woman-owned Bison ranch in Hesperus, CO. It’s called Murphy Legacy Bison, and I highly recommend checking it out!

Leather is innately strong and long lasting. However, to keep your leather item in it’s best condition please store in a cool, dry place. Fringe earrings should be stored hanging to keep the fringe from curling or twisting. Keep away from hair products. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight and water/humidity, as these will strip leather of its natural oils.
Items may vary slightly — as each item is handmade with unique beads/leather/materials. These slight variations and handcrafted flaws are an emblem of the “handmade” quality. Each piece is crafted with high quality materials and made to last when treated with care. Colors may appear slightly different due to coloring and brightness of screens, etc. Leather may have discoloration, textures, or marks that occur naturally in the harvesting process.
