Beading Changed My Life

Beading is being in my body.
Beading is slowing down.
Beading is breathing deeply.
Beading is rhythm.
Beading is self care.
Beading is a release of the world around me. It allows me to focus on what's right in front of me. I watch my hands move and I'm reminded where I am.

Beading is one of the first tools I found to channel my restlessness and anxiety into something productive.

Beading is a release.

Beading changed my life. It allowed me to come back home to myself. It allowed me to start a journey of healing - a journey if reconnecting to my own body.

regardless the medium... I'm so grateful I have found mine. I commit fully to this art, and I'm excited to expand this positioning over time.

I want to connect with an artist community that trusts in the strength of healing.
